The Situation: I built a VS Code dev tool and never did a real launch. No marketing, no announcements, no positioning. I built the while thing without a single post, and I just put it on the Marketplace to see if it was working. 3 weeks later It now has 23,000+ downloads and it’s growing fast. The Problem: The product is working, but the business is broken. I’ve made basically zero money because my monetization funnel is a mess. I briefly tested a $69/mo Pro tier and got two subscribers immediately, but I had to shut it down because the paywall didn't actually trigger the features (purely a technical gate issue). I’ve since moved to a $19.99/mo tier, but Stripe webhooks are showing a trail of failed conversion attempts. I’m at the point where I don’t need more "ideas"—I need execution. What I’m looking for: I’m looking for a Co-Founder or a Performance-Based Operator who can handle the "Business/Growth" side but isn't afraid to jump into the codebase. I don't want to be a...
