I launched a free ATS 9 days ago and the data is humbling. 184 visitors. 0 paying customers. Average engagement time on my biggest day (56 visitors): 0 seconds. 167 of those visitors came from me manually sharing links. My pSEO content hasn't been indexed yet. The product exists but nobody is actually using it. I'm not here to pitch — I'm here because I need 5 real teams to break it. KiteHR is a free ATS — unlimited users, jobs, candidates, no credit card.
