So, building now is super fun and exciting. Im always thinking about how to improve onboarding, front end design, database tables and features and it feels so productive. Yet.. tokens are burning and most of my products are stuck and worthless. Feel brilliant one week, crash and burn the other . No new users , and no new revenue… but what if I ad this feature or redesign this? No, thats just another 100 dollars in tokens not moving the needle. All these posts about how someone went from 0 to hero in 2 months for some lazy vibecode . After two years of this, I said fuck it and made something I truly wanted for myself and didnt care if anyone used. Boom… sudden traction and actual users. No perfect landing page, not hundreds of feature and maybe not ultra novel. Still feels surreal.
