I think I’m losing potential customers just because I forgot to reply to them. Last few weeks I’ve been doing founder-led outreach + handling inbound for my product. Most of my conversations are happening across Reddit, LinkedIn, and email. It’s honestly getting hard to keep track. My Reddit inbox alone is chaos. **I can’t tell who was interested, who gave feedback, or who I need to follow up with.** Is this just how it is in early-stage? Or is there something people use to manage this better? Would love to know how you all are handling it.
